          "text": "<p>The co-op/intern will assist the Operations Engineering Team with creating clear and detailed procedure documents for usage by production technicians, helping engineers with identifying the root-cause of an issue while also being able to develop robust solutions to prevent recurrence. Assist engineers with identifying inefficiencies in production processes and be able to propose &amp; implement solutions that will lead to improvements.&#xa0; Available blocks include the spring and/or summer semesters.</p>",
