    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>WSP is currently searching for a <strong><u>Traffic Management Center (TMC) Project Manager!</u></strong></p><p>This role can work out of various offices in the <strong>Virigina Mid-Atlantic Region.</strong></p><p><strong><u>Summary</u></strong></p><p>This position will allow the successful candidate to actively engage in projects with our Mobility Operations Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. The PM will be responsible for all work necessary to provide for general management, oversight, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), management and administration of contracts. The PM will be the voice for WSP and for all subconsultants for all issues or concerns related to project contracts.</p><p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 72px;\"><li>Contract management and administration.&nbsp;</li><li>All work necessary to provide for the general management, oversight, QA/QC, and administration of the Consultant operations team.&nbsp;</li><li>Available at all times during off-duty hours to provide assistance to operations personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in on-site and off-site meetings and build relationships with stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Staff administration, performance and oversight.</li><li>Quality control and assurance.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead policy directives and record keeping.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 72px;\"><li>Bachelors degree in a relevant field&nbsp;</li><li>Qualifying Experience: Candidates must meet all of the following conditions (10 years of qualifying experience may be substituted in place of a Bachelor’s degree):&nbsp;</li><li>TMC/Traffic/Dispatch operations with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in TMC/Traffic operations/emergency operations</li><li>At least 4 years of program management/project management experience as a program/project manager for projects&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive experience in managing projects and tasks from inception to completion&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in developing procedures and protocols&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in public relations</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>This hire is contingent upon client approval</i></p><p><strong><u>WSP Benefits</u></strong></p><p>WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
