    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Title:</strong> Maintenance Technician (I and II)</p><p><strong>Classification:</strong> Full Time or Part Time; Non-Exempt</p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Maintenance Manager</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Summary</strong>: Maintenance Technicians are primarily responsible for preventative, on-demand, and repair related maintenance of amusement attractions, go-karts, and facility needs. Maintenance Technicians actively participate in daily preventative and reactionary maintenance activities on-park as assigned to ensure safe amusement operation.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and other periodic preventative maintenance on amusement rides, go-karts, and facilities</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair related issues independently; to include electrical mechanical, facilities, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Make reactionary repairs on park in a quick and efficient manner</li><li>Independent time management to remain on task without immediate supervision</li><li>Level Distinctions:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Maintenance Team Members are assigned designation as a Maintenance Technician I or II based on skillset, experience, and expertise.&nbsp;<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li>Maintenance Technician I: Skillset includes basic preventative and diagnostic maintenance tasks as designated in <em>Maintenance Technician Development</em></li><li>Maintenance Technician II: Minimum 1 Year experience; requires extensive knowledge of attraction, kart, and facilities as defined in <em>Maintenance Technician Development</em> and successful independence maintenance operation proficiency</li></ul></li></ul></li><li>Other duties may be assigned, as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with computers and smart devices</li><li>Experience in mechanical and electrical repair</li><li>Excellent communication, time-management, planning, and organizational skills</li><li>Competent mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)</li><li>Ability to read, write, and communicate in English</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work with prolonged periods of walking, kneeling, squatting, bending at waist, and standing</li><li>Ability to safely lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs with or without assistance</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions including direct sunlight, varying temperatures, and rain</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Minimum 5 Years Maintenance or Mechanical Experience or equivalent schooling</li><li>Minimum 3 Years Management experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule Requirements:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">Typically 40 hours per week; Overtime opportunities may be present during specific seasons; Nights, weekends, and weekends may be required&nbsp;</p><div class=\"fr-page-break\" contenteditable=\"false\" style=\"break-after: always;\" data-title=\"PageBreak\"><div class=\"fr-page-break-line\"><span class=\"fr-page-break-label\">Page Break</span></div></div><p><br></p></div></div>\n",
