          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing</li><li>Completion of a recognized masters degree nursing program preferred</li><li>Certificate of competency (licensure) from the College of Nurses of Ontario</li><li>Completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (B.C.L.S.) program, Level II Rescuer certification</li><li>Up to three (3) years of relevant experience including experience working in an advanced practice role</li><li>Experience in Transplant nursing&#xa0;preferred</li><li>Effective organizational, interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Excellent teaching skills with the ability to teach one-on-one and/or groups</li><li>Ability to function collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and/or independently</li><li>Ability to work in a self directed manner</li><li>Demonstrated awareness of and adherence to professional and ethical standards</li><li>Client service oriented, with the ability to effectively work with diversity and appreciate that people with different opinions, backgrounds and characteristics bring richness to the challenge or situation at hand</li><li>Computer literacy</li><li>Research experience preferred</li></ul>",
