As a senior full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work with us as we shape systems for the better.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You Have:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>20+ years of experience as a Software Engineer supporting government contracts or similar </li>\n <li>Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements </li>\n <li>Experience reviewing and testing software components for adherence to the design requirements and documenting test results</li>\n <li>Experience utilizing software development and software design methodologies</li>\n <li>Experience with Java, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and JIRA</li>\n <li>Experience with OCI-compliant containers and container orchestration</li>\n <li>Ability to provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components</li>\n <li>Ability to clearly communicate ideas and status updates to peers and management</li>\n <li>Ability to work well with a small team on fast-paced development and operational projects</li>\n <li>TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree or a HS Diploma and 24+ years of experience as a Software Engineer  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice If You Have:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Python 3.12, asyncio and pydantic libraries</li>\n <li>Experience with DevOps practices and tools</li>\n <li>Experience with Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and front-end build processes</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Clearance: </strong></p>\n<p>Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100.18 to $120.20 per hour.
