font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Under the supervision and direction of the Campus Director, the Certified Special Education Teacher will effectively manage a caseload of students while preparing lesson plans, instructing students, evaluating and monitoring student performance, and advancing student achievement in the classroom.  The Certified Special Education Teacher should have experience differentiating instruction for a variety of learners and will work collaboratively with a team to plan and support instruction in accordance with students’ IEPs.  Teachers in this role should demonstrate a commitment to professional development through didactic workshops and classroom coaching.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Candidates must hold a special education teaching certificate, and experience is preferred.  Certified Special Education Teachers must be willing to receive training and coaching in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.  The Certified Special Education Teacher will support a caseload of students and work on a team to implement a best-practice educational model to achieve optimal outcomes for students on the autism spectrum and students with other related neurodiversities within AZACS’s specialized learning environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
