We provide:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive health benefits that start day 1</li>\n <li>Student Loan Repayment Assistance & Reimbursement Programs</li>\n <li>Family-focused benefits </li>\n <li>Wellness incentives</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Ongoing mentorship, development, leadership programs...and more!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift:</strong> 7a-3:30p</p>\n<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Acts as a project leader responsible for the successful planning, scheduling, and completion of multiple operations planning and improvements projects.</li>\n <li>Utilizes a systems methodology to analyze organizational systems and processes, to make recommendations for operation improvements and to coordinate the implementation of changes, working through individual and team approaches.</li>\n <li>Coordinates and supervises the work of a project team.</li>\n <li>Reviews and coordinates team member work plans.</li>\n <li>Facilitates and guides redesign teams and process improvement teams.</li>\n <li>Works with manager to formulate plan for professional development.</li>\n <li>Attends educational in-services as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments.</li>\n <li>Assists in analysis of facility needs including work flow analysis, space programming, functional layout design, and simulation technology.</li>\n <li>Utilizes a systems approach to analyze organizational or departmental operational systems and processes; applies various industrial engineering techniques.</li>\n <li>Assists departmental management or teams throughout the project and during implementation of recommended changes.</li>\n <li>Prepares and conducts research prior to initiation of projects to provide state of the art approaches and solutions to problems.</li>\n <li>Prepares detailed work plans for completion of projects.</li>\n <li>Informs department director of project status on an on-going basis.</li>\n <li>Verifies, updates, and analyzes comparative databases containing operational and clinical data to support hospital benchmarking efforts and to support planning and operational decisions.</li>\n <li>Designs, prepares, and generates reports; determines customer needs; and collects, organizes, and analyzes data.</li>\n <li>Assists departments in analyzing operational and clinical data using statistical tools including process control charts, regression analysis, and forecasting.</li>\n <li>Provides technical support to performance improvement teams on the use of TQM tools and collecting and analyzing data.</li>\n <li>May conduct educational sessions related to statistical process control.</li>\n <li>Performs other related responsibilities as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.</li>\n <li>Three years directly related work experience.</li>\n <li>Masters degree may substitute for experience.</li>\n <li>Experience as a project leader.</li>\n <li>A working knowledge of multiple computer software applications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (MediumMax 25lbs): up to 25 lbs, 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 25 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS: Factors affecting environment conditions may vary depending on the assigned work area and tasks. Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock , Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation , Shift work, Travel may be required.
