This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision work and can operate with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CNC press brakes</span> and a solid understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">sheet metal fabrication processes</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up, program, and operate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CNC and manual press brakes</span> to bend and form metal components</li>\n<li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders with a high degree of accuracy</li>\n<li>Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications</li>\n<li>Make real-time machine adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and production efficiency</li>\n<li>Work with a variety of materials and thicknesses in a fabrication environment</li>\n<li>Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace</li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2+ years of brake press experience preferred</span>, with strong emphasis on CNC equipment</li>\n<li>Experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">sheet metal fabrication environments strongly preferred</span></li>\n<li>Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure, etc.)</li>\n<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards</li>\n<li>Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Someone who shows up ready to work and takes ownership of their output</li>\n<li>A detail-oriented operator who values accuracy and efficiency</li>\n<li>A team player who can also run their machine with confidence and minimal oversight</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule &amp; Pay:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time position</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Competitive pay based on experience (average salary range is $25-30/hour) </span></li>\n</ul>",
