    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Responsible for keeping the grounds of the property in an attractive condition; for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant apartments, sidewalks and alleyways of the property in a clean and safe condition.  Assist in other types of maintenance when necessary.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains property grounds of community. </li>\n <li>Waters lawn, shrubs and flowers as needed. Picks up litter on grounds. </li>\n <li>Sprays with insecticides as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintains watering and drainage systems.</li>\n <li>Assists in inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies.</li>\n <li>Assists with any emergency maintenance.</li>\n <li>Cleans all hallways and common areas including laundry center.</li>\n <li>Cleans all parking areas.</li>\n <li>Cleans all sidewalks and alleyways.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</li>\n <li>1 to 3 months related on the job experience or training.</li>\n <li>Must be well organized and a self-starter.</li>\n <li>Perform general maintenance repair tasks professionally without endangering yourself, residents or fellow associate.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.</li>\n <li>Must be team oriented and a problem solver. </li>\n <li>Maintain professional appearance and manner at all times.</li>\n <li>May be required to work extended periods of time without relief, when responding to priority/emergency situations.</li>\n <li>Stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs. of equipment (pump, tools, ladders) and ability to safely install rigging/lifting device.</li>\n <li>Lift and carry objects of up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 30 feet.</li>\n <li>Climb ladders and stairs.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>Mobility and flexibility to use ladders to heights in excess of 8 to 9 feet.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards</h2>\n<p>The RMR Group offers an extensive total rewards package to ensure that your benefits align with your needs.
