    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>Controllers ensure that the firm meets all the financial control and reporting obligations of a global, regulated, and public financial institution. Our professionals measure the profitability of, and risks associated with, every aspect of the firm's business. Controllers also ensure that the firm's activities are conducted in compliance with the regulations governing transactions in the financial markets.</span></p>\n<p><span>Capital, Analysis, Planning and Reporting is responsible managing the firm’s capital calculations, planning and attribution (attributed equity). Our team oversees the calculation, forecasting, and reporting of various regulatory and internal capital metrics including the Standardized and Advanced Capital Ratios, Supplementary Leverage Ratio (SLR), Global Systemically Important Bank (G-SIB) surcharge, and Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) capital ratios.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Calculate, analyze and report regulatory capital, leverage, and systemic risk</span></li>\n <li><span>Enhance and improve workflow and infrastructure to meet current and future regulatory rules and reporting requirements</span></li>\n <li><span>Serve as the primary regulatory capital liaison to the business units by providing subject matter expertise</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide business level capital attribution to assist revenue divisions committing capital to facilitate client requests</span></li>\n <li><span>Respond to various ad-hoc requests with detailed analysis</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in developing short and long term capital projections</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform analytics on data while being able to summarize and communicate related findings</span></li>\n <li><span>Develop and manage relationships with colleagues from the broader controllers teams, as well as Corporate Treasury; Risk; Legal; and Technology&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Desired Experience / Skills:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Undergraduate degree in accounting, economics or finance preferred, but not required</span></li>\n <li><span>CPA, or CFA preferred, but not required</span></li>\n <li><span>3+ years relevant experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Regulatory (i.e. Basel III Standardized, Advanced, Supplemental Leverage, GSIB) experience preferred, but not required</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to work within a team and to collaborate with peers and leadership to drive firmwide initiatives</span></li>\n <li><span>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to clearly articulate ideas</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong quantitative, analytical and organization skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Proactive; the ability to respond creatively and quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure, changing environment</span></li>\n <li><span>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS</strong></p>\n<p>At Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
