We also want this data scientist to be a good Python developer, as we are a Python shop.<br /><br />Requirement:<br />* 5+ years of experience as a senior Data Scientist<br />* Ability to create accurate models out of skewed data sets<br />* Strong aptitude in increasing model accuracy through various techniques<br />* Strong expertise in statistics, boosting, classification, regression, and machine learning in general<br />* 10+ years of experience in coding and a few years of experience with Python<br />* Experienced with Pandas, Numpy, etc in Python<br /><br />You must be interested in working for a startup that has many bright individuals from Ivy League schools, and you should be quite bright yourselves. Past startup experience and an ability to multi-task is very helpful.<br /></p>",
