If you take pride in knowing exactly where things are, when they&rsquo;re arriving, and what&rsquo;s on hand, you&rsquo;ll fit right in.</p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">What You&rsquo;ll Own</h2><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Freight &amp; Logistics</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, and internal teams</li><li>Track shipments end-to-end and proactively communicate status, delays, and resolutions</li><li>Review bills of lading, packing slips, and freight invoices for accuracy</li><li>Build strong relationships with carriers and freight partners; help drive cost and service improvements over time</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Internal Inventory</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Maintain accurate inventory records across daily operations</li><li>Run cycle counts, reconciliations, and routine inventory checks</li><li>Investigate variances, damages, and shipping discrepancies and drive them to resolution</li><li>Plan replenishment to avoid shortages and overstock</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>External Inventory</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Track and coordinate materials held at vendor, partner, and customer locations</li><li>Work directly with external stakeholders on stock levels, returns, and movement of material</li><li>Maintain clear visibility and reporting on off-site inventory</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Partner with operations, purchasing, warehouse, and accounting to keep workflow tight</li><li>Surface bottlenecks early and recommend practical process improvements</li><li>Keep clean records and reporting for operational reviews</li></ul><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">What You Bring</h2><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Experience in supply chain, logistics, freight coordination, inventory management, or warehouse operations</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail &mdash; you don&rsquo;t let things slip through the cracks</li><li>Solid communication and problem-solving skills, especially with vendors and carriers</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Experience in recycling, manufacturing, distribution, or a similar industry</li><li>Experience with ERP or inventory management systems</li><li>Background working with shipping platforms or TMS tools</li><li>Vendor relationship-building experience</li></ul><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">What We Offer</h2><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li><strong>$55,000 &ndash; $70,000/year</strong>, based on experience</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) plan with company match</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li><li>Paid holidays and vacation</li><li>Safety equipment allowance</li><li>Routine performance and compensation reviews</li><li>A stable, established operation where your work has visible impact every day</li></ul><p><em>All benefits are subject to change.</em></p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Schedule &amp; Location</h2><p>Monday &ndash; Friday, 7:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM.
