    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To become the world’s greatest baker, we need the world’s greatest team members</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Overview</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responding and Reacting to Production Problems in a timely and efficient manner while performing maintenance projects, PM tasks and work order task.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What FGF Offers</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>FGF believes in Home Grown Talent, accelerated career growth with leadership training, unleashing your potential  </li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health & Welfare Benefits including Vision & Dental and flexible options at competitive premiums  </li>\n <li>401k matching program </li>\n <li>Discount program - Restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc. </li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to operate and maintain all plant and facility support equipment, including but not limited to ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC systems, Steam system, ect.</li>\n <li>All Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting.</li>\n <li>Must exceed all \"B\" Mechanical Qualification.</li>\n <li>Must attend IPM 10-Minute Meetings as assigned.</li>\n <li>Write Work Orders on Issues discussed in IPM 10 Minute Meetings</li>\n <li>Follow and adhere to Lock – Out / Tag – Out procedures at all times.</li>\n <li>Respond to radio calls in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Assist at all times with keeping the plant running as smooth as possible while working on maintenance projects and performing PM task.</li>\n <li>Recognizes waste and recommends initiatives for elimination or reduction.</li>\n <li>Clean all maintenance work areas at the end of the shift. </li>\n <li>Preventive Maintenance on equipment scheduled through PMC</li>\n <li>Writing special or new Part Request.</li>\n <li>Repair of equipment scheduled through PMC.</li>\n <li>Familiarization with searching parts in the PMC system</li>\n <li>Must be able to write and make status changes to Work Orders in PMC.</li>\n <li>Must know how to issue parts out of inventory.</li>\n <li>Must ensure the parts used are issued to the equipment in which they were used.</li>\n <li>Must ensure safe work practices.</li>\n <li>Write work orders as needed</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of power tools</li>\n <li>Maintain proper documentation of plant equipment</li>\n <li>Adheres to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards as well as HACCP compliance and other food safety and workplace safety initiatives.</li>\n <li>Follows attendance policy. Observes department call-in procedures.  Exhibits timely arrival and departure and dependable time habits including meal and other breaks.</li>\n <li>Maintains a positive attitude and gets along well with coworkers.</li>\n <li>Exhibits teamwork and willingness to help others.</li>\n <li>Follows dress code and maintains a professional appearance.</li>\n <li>Can be relied upon to complete assigned tasks.</li>\n <li>Complies with established Departmental and Organizational policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Works within a team environment to meet/exceed established production standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><u> </u></p>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. </li>\n <li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. </li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with employees and managers.</li>\n <li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.</li>\n <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. </li>\n <li>Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral, diagram, or schedule form.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write and understand instructions, warnings, labels and postings in English effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?</u></strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
