This is a project based / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 6 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. Responsibilities: This position will primarily assist with the hiring/onboarding of the Sports remote freelance population leveraging SCORE (internal system) and SAP. Liaise with HR Operations and Payroll to ensure timely processing and payment. Assist with the recruitment process as needed, partnering with Sports HR and Talent Acquisition (SAP, Smart Recruiter). HRIS transactions as needed Ad hoc reporting as needed Basic Requirements: 2+ years of work experience in HR, data entry, or administration  Bachelor’s Degree: HR or related field   Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)  Must be detail oriented Must be organized Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Desired Characteristics: Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion  Transactional experience using HR systems  Strong in interpersonal & communication skills Process and detail oriented Passion for Sports! Eligibility Requirements: Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT  Must be willing to work overtime and/or on weekends when needed As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with a VERSANT Media employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
