          "text": "<p>This is a project based / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to&#xa0;6&#xa0;months, unless otherwise amended or&#xa0;terminated&#xa0;as deliverables within this project are completed. &#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>This position will primarily assist with the hiring/onboarding of the Sports remote freelance population leveraging SCORE (internal system) and SAP.</li><li>Liaise with HR Operations and Payroll to ensure timely processing and payment.</li><li>Assist with the recruitment process as needed, partnering with Sports HR and Talent Acquisition (SAP, Smart Recruiter).</li></ul><ul><li>HRIS transactions as needed</li><li>Ad hoc reporting as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Basic Requirements:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>2+ years of work experience&#xa0;in HR, data entry, or administration&#xa0;</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree: HR or related field &#xa0;</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)&#xa0;</li><li>Must be detail oriented</li><li>Must be organized</li><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>",
