The starting pay for the Warehouse Assembler position is $16.50/hour.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Warehouse Assembler, are asking you to take partial ownership in the company and help us help those going through some of their biggest life moments.  You will help while working in a fast-paced, awesome work environment, voted a top place to work 10-times by your very own co-workers. Using a combination of hand tools and power tools, you are responsible for assembling and preparing a wide variety of furniture for delivery. By joining the Steinhafels team as a warehouse assembler, you will be helping to create beautiful homes for our customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Both 1st and 2nd shift is available with flexible scheduling.  You can work four 10-hour days per week.  You can work five 8-hour days per week.  Our customers tend to work on their dream homes on the weekends, therefore, working one weekend day per week is required.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Unboxing of all furniture parts</li>\n <li>Accurate and proper construction of furniture</li>\n <li>Leveling of all furniture necessary</li>\n <li>Preparing completed furniture for delivery</li>\n <li>Taking prepped furniture to the designated delivery chute</li>\n <li>Maintaining cleanliness of surrounding work areas</li>\n <li>Ample opportunities to cross-train and be involved in other duties of the distribution center</li>\n <li>Two paid 10-minute breaks</li>\n <li>One 30-minute lunch break</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>You’re the type of person that is able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull furniture.  You have the ability to use various power and hand tools to assemble furniture.  Your attendance is great and you love being punctual.</p>\n<p>You pay attention to the details.  As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, every time.  You stay focused, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.</p>\n<p>You’re motivated and driven.  You volunteer for new challenges.  You make others better.  You’re going to take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference.</p>",
