Responsible for the orientation process of new clinical staff hires and assists in the ongoing training and development of all staff to maintain required clinical competencies. Maintains open lines of communication with the Practice Manager concerning practice activities that include operational, performance, or disciplinary issues. Participates in workflow development, planning, and execution for the practice and each of the divisions.
