Essential employees are expected to report to work during inclement weather and other relevant emergency situations to ensure uninterrupted care and support for clients.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School diploma or equivalent required.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Peer Certification or willingness to become certified required.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Relevant life experience required and willingness to draw upon this experience to engage individuals and serve as a role model.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prior experience as a peer, paid or volunteer preferred.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills required.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work both independently, as well as part of a team.
