Description

Position Purpose: As the Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading, developing and driving performance across a team of sales representatives while building strong relationships with your team and customers. Primary Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales and growth targets. Regularly review, share, and communicate sales results to drive accountability and performance. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and guidance to improve selling effectiveness and execution in the field. Conduct field visits, ride-alongs, and team meetings to reinforce priorities and identify growth opportunities. Track and analyze sales performance using data and reporting tools to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to grow same store sales and acquire new business. Ensure alignment and execution of company programs, initiatives, and selling strategies. Build strong relationships with key customers and support the team in managing customer partnerships. Oversee accounts receivable performance, ensuring sales reps are actively collecting balances and maintaining accounts within established credit terms. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and support teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required. Driving Travel Required: This role requires frequent travel to and from customer locations across the assigned sales territory. Regular day travel with occasional overnight stays is expected.
