The program is structured in phases to provide exposure to both technical and practical aspects of engineering and manufacturing.</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Term 1: NVH &amp; Prototype Lab Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Gain foundational knowledge in&nbsp;<strong>Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH)</strong>&nbsp;technologies</li>\n <li>Participate in real-world data collection and analysis in the NVH Labs</li>\n <li>Transition to the&nbsp;<strong>Product Development Prototype Lab</strong>&nbsp;to learn molding and assembly processes for HAVS components</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Terms 2 &amp; 3: Engineering Department Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work under the guidance of an&nbsp;<strong>Application Team Leader</strong></li>\n <li>Support Product Development Engineers on active programs</li>\n <li>Responsibilities include: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Assembling prototypes</li>\n   <li>Creating and submitting test requests</li>\n   <li>Running engineering reports</li>\n   <li>Assisting in troubleshooting part designs and assembly processes</li>\n   <li>Preparing components for production environments</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Currently enrolled in an engineering or technical degree program</li>\n <li>Strong interest in automotive product development</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Gain</strong></p>\n<p>This immersive experience will challenge your technical skills and prepare you for future roles in engineering and manufacturing.
