TEC truly offers the convenience of one-stop shopping for all trucking-related needs.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Our Service Department has an excellent opportunity for an entry level Service Advisor to join our TEC team. The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and our shop, utilizing skill in documentation and communication to manage work orders and facilitate the proper and timely repair of customer's equipment. This is great opportunity to grow your career with a great company that is willing to train the right person.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Compete inspections of customer equipment, document information, and use inspection sheet to document thorough information about the vehicle’s service needs.</p></li>\n <li>Understand the work that needs to be done to the vehicle and address specific customer concerns. </li>\n <li>Communicate with customer throughout the repair and payment process to create an overall positive experience for our customer. </li>\n <li>Use the dealer management system to open and manage work orders and ensure efficient work flow and completion of work orders.</li>\n <li>Answer phones and greet customers with professional and welcoming tone.
