We’re known for our warm, welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, and scratch-made Southern classics. We are currently hiring for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hosts</span> and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">servers</span>. If you’re passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to meet you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Servers</em>:</span></span></p>\n<p>As a server, you’re the heartbeat of the dining room. We’re looking for someone who is confident, knowledgeable, and committed to hospitality. Your role is to guide guests through their experience — from warm greetings to menu suggestions to ensuring every bite and sip is just right.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide gracious and timely service</li>\n<li>Have strong knowledge of the menu, daily features, and drink offerings</li>\n<li>Take accurate orders and enter them efficiently into the POS</li>\n<li>Assist guests with dietary needs or questions</li>\n<li>Ensure tables are well-maintained throughout the meal</li>\n<li>Handle payment transactions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be 21+</li>\n<li>Prior serving experience preferred</li>\n<li>Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up to 25 lbs</li>\n<li>Must possess strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit</li>\n<li>A passion for EXTREME HOSPITALITY. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hosts</span></span></em></p>\n<p>Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes and keep the flow of restaurant service smooth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival. </li>\n<li>When possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant. </li>\n<li>Answer phone professionally and according to restaurant standards. </li>\n<li>Know restaurant standards, table numbers, wait sections, menu, specials, and be able to answer any questions customers may have effectively. </li>\n<li>Take reservations and enter on Resy according to restaurant standards. Prompt customer for additional information and email whenever possible. </li>\n<li>Provide guests with estimated waiting time. </li>\n<li>Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible. </li>\n<li>Be able to re-work existing reservations and waiter sections to accommodate walk-ins and unexpected last minute reservations.
