      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Working as part of a small team on project development and integration of C# applications in a virtual environment.</li>\n<li>Performing agile software development in both unclassified and classified environments applying software engineering best practices including unit testing, peer code reviews, continuous integration, and design documentation.</li>\n<li>Designing, architecting, and implementing scalable software solutions using C#, ensuring code consistency, maintainability, and adherence to established architectural standards.</li>\n<li>Collaborating closely with project stakeholders to communicate project status, discuss architectural decisions, identify risks, and develop accurate schedule and effort estimates.</li>\n<li>Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including software architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, interface specifications, progress reports, and milestone deliverables.</li>\n<li>Engaging directly with customers to gather and refine requirements, propose innovative technical solutions, create user and system documentation, conduct training sessions, and participate in requirements and design reviews.</li>\n<li>Analyzing business and user requirements to translate operational needs into functional software solutions and system enhancements.</li>\n<li>Contributing to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment activities.</li>\n<li>Other tasks as directed.</li>\n\n</ul></div>"

      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Bachelor's degree in related field.</li>\n<li>5+ years of Software development experience.</li>\n<li>Experience with C# .Net (preferred), Java, or C++.</li>\n<li>Development in a DoD environment preferred.</li>\n<li>Active Secret Security Clearance preferred, must be able to obtain Top Secret Security Clearance.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience or understanding of ITW/AA, Missile Warning, OPIR, UEWR, NDS or MDA ground/sea-based sensors highly preferred.</li>\n<li>Candidate must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and work well in a team environment and perform independently.&nbsp;</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
