RRMC </strong>is<strong> </strong>a 380-bed facility located in Alexandria, LA and offers a wide range of health care services.  This a great opportunity to advance your management experience and continue to have patient interaction.  As the Clinical Nutrition Manager, you will serve in a leadership role; manage the nutrition programs and provide direction and training to the team supporting operational excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Health Benefits start on Day 1!</strong></p>\n<p><strong> 3 weeks’ vacation and three personal days!Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal!Money toward continuing education events!Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!</strong>               </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Will have strong clinical nutrition skills and be able to establish proactive relationships with the medical staff. </li>\n <li>Be responsible for the clinical program, direct care of patients, as well as provide oversight for regulatory and accreditation preparation and visits. (50% patient load 50% management)</li>\n <li>Supervise client dietitians and be able to collaborates with patient services</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with the medical, ancillary staff, administration, as well as represent Sodexo for the facility</li>\n <li>Precept Dietetic Interns</li>\n <li>Assist General Manager in additional projects and tasks to enhance service culture and more;</li>\n <li>Additional responsibilities will include training and education of staff and personnel, and working with the food and nutrition management team to achieve patient satisfaction goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
