This role requires expertise in managing complex conditions in a high-acuity environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">comprehensive critical care</span> to pediatric patients with complex medical needs</li>\n<li>Monitor and manage <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ventilators, IV drips, and life-support equipment</span></li>\n<li>Perform continuous patient assessments and respond to rapid changes</li>\n<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans</li>\n<li>Support and educate families during high-stress situations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active RN license</li>\n<li>BLS, ACLS, and PALS required</li>\n<li>1–2+ years of ICU or pediatric experience preferred</li>\n<li>Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills</li>\n</ul>",
