Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Identify first-time guests and give appropriate menu tours.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Maintain impeccable knowledge of food, beverage, and bar processes and services, so you can answer questions and make meal recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Assist guests with special dietary needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Take food and beverage orders from guests and accurately enter into POS system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Own the guest experience from placing the order, order delivery, and follow up throughout the meal.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Perform running duties and side work at the beginning and end of each shift as assigned and required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Maintains a high standard of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant before, during and after service.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"color: #002325\">A willingness to work with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: windowtext\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></span><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must be 21 years of age or older.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Must have average to above average knowledge regarding beer, wine and spirits. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> Be able to reach, bend, stoop and safely lift up to 25 pounds. </span></li>\n</ul>",
