The HVAC Mechanic will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation support for commercial HVAC systems and related building mechanical equipment.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position requires a skilled technician who can work independently, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and ensure reliable operation of critical facility systems. We are looking for a dependable HVAC professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and maintaining mission-critical building systems.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Join a dedicated team supporting critical mission operations. commercial HVAC maintenance experience.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and building operations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical HVAC components.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of refrigeration systems and EPA requirements.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to use hand tools, power tools, gauges, meters, and diagnostic equipment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work in industrial, or large commercial facilities.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Forklift certification.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>HVAC Mechanic Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including:&nbsp;<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Air handling units (AHUs)&nbsp;</li><li>Package units&nbsp;</li><li>Rooftop units (RTUs)&nbsp;</li><li>Split systems&nbsp;</li><li>Chillers and associated components&nbsp;</li><li>Pumps, fans, motors, belts, bearings, and controls&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Diagnose HVAC equipment issues using technical manuals, schematics, meters, and testing equipment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related HVAC problems.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Repair, replace, and adjust HVAC components to restore
