    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Design Manager - Marketing</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The Design Manager - Marketing is responsible for leading the Marketing Creative Design team with the development and execution of digital creative for &rsquo;47. This position reports to the Senior Manager - Design providing daily support in all areas of the design process for Marketing Creative.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow within a fast-paced, brand-driven company.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 35px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage a team of Designers with day-to-day processes, creative mentorship and the continued evolution of the brand look and feel.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate cross-functionally with E-Commerce, Product &amp; Sales teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Approve and guide creative and art direction for a range of digital projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure internal and external partners are adhering to brand guidelines established by the internal Marketing Creative Team.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Stay up to date on best practices across all channels (email, paid, organic social and web) to ensure designers are aware of and following those guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Contribute to conceptualizing creative solutions for the Marketing and Ecommerce calendars.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide feedback on all design projects and work with Designers on changes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work alongside the Project Manager to ensure milestones are being met on time and establishing creative solutions on expedited timelines.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Present designers with reasoning behind design feedback to ensure the continued growth of the team.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 35px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">5-7 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency) preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience managing senior and junior designers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated design work.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advanced understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A team player with a positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to learn.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate ideas both visually and verbally to others.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work well within a team environment providing support, critique and assistance on projects.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
