    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>About the job:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><i>Kent is looking for a Senior I&amp;E Designer to be seconded with our client in Gregory, TX.&nbsp;</i></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><i>You will offer a thorough knowledge of Instrumentation &amp; Electrical design. You will be responsible for technical accuracy and quality of I&amp;E drawings. In this position you must have a positive work ethic and have good problem solving and interpersonal skills.</i></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<table>\n <tbody>\n  <tr>\n   <td>Skills and&nbsp;Responsibilities:&nbsp;&nbsp;</td>\n   <td>&nbsp;</td>\n  </tr>\n  <tr>\n   <td>\n    <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n    <ul>\n     <li>Prepare accurate and complete drawings using practical design knowledge.</li>\n     <li>Coordinate with other disciplines and assist lead engineers and/or designers to ensure effective quality product.</li>\n     <li>Conduct field investigations when needed, produce field reports with detailed sketches.</li>\n     <li>Keep up to date on new design processes, modeling, drafting techniques, and IMS and standards.</li>\n     <li>Develop and recommend improvements in design standards to lower costs and improve work quality and facilitate maintenance.</li>\n     <li>Investigate and resolve unusual design and field engineering problems by devising new approaches or applying existing criteria in novel ways.</li>\n     <li>Ensure that effective methods and design/engineering techniques are used.</li>\n     <li>Resolve project issues and problems.</li>\n     <li>Provide technical guidance to co-workers.</li>\n     <li>Contribute to a team environment by accomplishing related results in a cooperative and supportive manner.</li>\n     <li>Ensure alignment between all disciplines that are involved with 3D CAD to prepare for model reviews and issue deliverables.</li>\n     <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n    </ul>\n    <p>&nbsp;</p>\n    <p>In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management.
