Description Project Coordinator - Mumbai Qualification : B.E. (Civil Engineering), M.Tech. preferred Courses in Structural Engineering preferred Experience: Minimum 8-10 years’ experience on construction site. Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction industry Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Well conversant with design and construction aspect of Civil, Structural and Architectural. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Computerised reporting and MS Office package is must. Needs an experience in leading the Project Management Team through civil construction, MEP and fit-out Projects and co-ordinating with all the Consultants. Knowledge of local language written and spoken mandatory. Job Description: Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports. Facilitate effective communication among project team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress , identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary. Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and coordinating deliveries of materials and equipment. Assist in the management of project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control measures are implemented. Oversee quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards. Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover of completed projects to clients Any other work assigned by PIMO from time to time.
