daily</span><span><span> </span>EH&amp;S</span><span><span> </span>management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the project(s) to meet</span><span><span> </span>environmental</span><span>,</span><span><span> </span>health and safety</span><span><span> </span>objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by to:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead environmental, health and safety efforts for specific trades or areas of the project</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Understand and implement an Energy Control Plan</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support EH&amp;S efforts with the project team</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Continue technical safety training</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Participate in any event investigations and learn the RCA process</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Participate in any OSHA partnerships</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Review,<span> </span></span><span>identify</span><span><span> </span>and<span> </span></span><span>assist</span><span><span> </span>with mitigating any high-risk activities</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist</span><span><span> </span>in the development of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Communicate ideas, innovations</span><span>,</span><span><span> </span>and best practices to the EH&amp;S team</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop and<span> </span></span><span>maintain</span><span><span> </span>relationships with<span> </span></span><span>client</span><span>, trade partners</span><span>,</span><span><span> </span>and project meetings</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>GENERAL BACKGROUND AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Degree in a</span><span><span> </span>construction related<span> </span></span><span>field and<span> </span></span><span>1-3 years of experience in Construction Safety Management, or equivalent combinations of education and experience</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Have OSHA 510 or STS-C</span><span>, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Competent person in confined spaces, scaffolding, fall protection</span><span>,</span><span><span> </span>and forklifts</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proficient with personal<span> </span></span><span>computer-based</span><span><span> </span>s</span><span>afety<span> </span></span><span>software,
