Reporting to the Senior Director, Project Execution, this role will drive the transformation of supply chain systems, processes, and outsourcing interfaces to deliver reliable operations today and a scalable future model.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project Supply Execution\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure material readiness for all projects (on time, complete, aligned to schedule)</li>\n<li>Lead the project buying team in execution of all purchasing activities</li>\n<li>Own supplier delivery performance across active suppliers</li>\n<li>Drive issue resolution and escalation to protect project timelines</li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with Engineering on BoM availability, completeness, and accuracy, enabling timely uploads to ERP to secure timely orders to suppliers correctly the first time</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Planning Integration\n<ul>\n<li>Lead master planning, key component planning and constraint management</li>\n<li>Align demand, supply, and project schedules through effective S&amp;OP</li>\n<li>Ensure planning outputs translate into executable procurement plans</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Procurement Execution &amp; Commercial Discipline\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strong commercial performance in project buying, particularly for RoM and adhoc requirements</li>\n<li>Ensure consistent application of negotiation and buying practices across the team</li>\n<li>Monitor and act on key execution metrics (delivery, cost for RoM/adhoc, responsiveness)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Systems Ownership &amp; Transformation\n<ul>\n<li>Own ERP/MRP systems for supply chain execution</li>\n<li>Rapidly assess current systems and processes, identifying risks and limitations</li>\n<li>Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for legacy system constraints</li>\n<li>Acting as the Supply Chain SME, partner with IT to define a future-state vision and roadmap to a cohesive, integrated platform</li>\n<li>Lead the transition plan from current to future systems, ensuring continuity of operations</li>\n<li>Drive standardisation, automation, and simplification of supply chain processes</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Supply Chain Process &amp; Data Integrity\n<ul>\n<li>Own end-to-end supply chain process governance, including:\n<ul>\n<li>PO creation and execution workflows</li>\n<li>Supplier onboarding and approval processes</li>\n<li>Planning and MRP inputs</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Own data integrity across the entire supply chain flow, including:\n<ul>\n<li>BoM readiness and accuracy (Engineering → ERP)</li>\n<li>Supplier master data</li>\n<li>Planning data inputs and parameters</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Establish standards, controls, and training to ensure consistent data quality</li>\n<li>Own supply chain data governance and standards, ensuring a single source of truth across planning, procurement, and execution</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Outsourcing &amp; Supplier Interface\n<ul>\n<li>Manage operational interfaces with outsourced manufacturing partners</li>\n<li>Work closely with the Global FRP Mould Manager and other supplier leads to ensure:\n<ul>\n<li>Alignment between planning, production, and supply</li>\n<li>Clear execution accountability</li>\n<li>Timely resolution of supply and capacity constraints</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Ensure execution aligns with supplier strategies, contracts, and policies defined by Strategic Procurement</li>\n<li>Support strategic procurement in providing data and input needed for supplier management and development.  Contribute to commodity teams as needed</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Team Leadership\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, develop, and performance-manage; Project Buyers, Master Planner and FRP Planner</li>\n<li>Build a high-performing, execution-focused team with strong discipline and accountability</li>\n<li>Drive LEAN practices, especially; Leader Standard work, problem solving, and daily management in own team</li>\n<li>Support the department Hoshin and goals, by developing and executing improvement initiatives</li>\n<li>Ensure own team have linked cascading goals and are coached to achieve agreed results</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with strong experience in supply chain execution within a project-based environment</li>\n<li>Proven capability in ERP/MRP systems and process transformation</li>\n<li>Experience dealing with legacy systems and acting as a SME to lead system transitions</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of outsourced manufacturing environments</li>\n<li>Strong operational leadership with a hands-on, structured approach</li>\n<li>Commercially aware with practical negotiation capability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPETENCIES, SKILLS &amp;
