This role will provide technical leadership for quality engineering, software testing, and enterprise-level test automation initiatives across critical applications.</p><p>The Senior Automation Software QA Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable automation frameworks, leading automation initiatives, mentoring QA team members, and driving continuous improvement in software quality. This position will work closely with Product, Development, DevOps, Quality Assurance, Business Analyst, and Solution Architecture teams to establish automation standards, implement continuous testing practices, and support faster, more reliable software delivery.</p><p>The primary objective of this role is to modernize the organization’s testing capabilities by combining automation, AI-supported testing solutions, and continuous delivery practices to improve test coverage, reduce manual testing effort, accelerate release cycles, and minimize production defects.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>The Senior Automation Software Quality Assurance Analyst shall:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and mentor QA Automation Engineers and Quality Assurance teams.</li><li>Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level automation frameworks from inception.</li><li>Define and execute strategic automation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Establish and enforce test automation standards, strategies, governance, coding guidelines, and quality metrics.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain UI, API, database, regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end automated test suites.</li><li>Define, design, write, and execute manual test cases as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA leads, architects, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.</li><li>Participate in requirements gathering meetings with departments and agencies to understand business needs and system requirements.</li><li>Participate in sprint planning meetings to review new and existing functionality for user stories moving into sprints.</li><li>Provide domain knowledge and testing insights during user story grooming meetings.</li><li>Create and execute effective test cases in the DevOps portal and map test cases to related requirements and functionality.</li><li>Execute functional testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and other testing activities as required.</li><li>Ensure maximum test coverage and traceability through well-structured test cases.</li><li>Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.</li><li>Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize automated testing within deployment pipelines.</li><li>Implement and maintain test data management strategies to support reliable automated testing.</li><li>Implement AI-driven testing solutions to improve test creation, maintenance, execution efficiency, and defect prediction.</li><li>Drive shift-left testing practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and optimize automation execution results for efficiency and stability.</li><li>Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and provide actionable recommendations.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and establish solutions for correcting quality issues.</li><li>Ensure automated regression suites support rapid and reliable product releases.</li><li>Provide technical leadership on test architecture, framework scalability, and automation governance.</li><li>Partner with developers, architects, and stakeholders to align test automation with business goals.</li><li>Provide regular reporting and metrics on test automation progress, test coverage, defect trends, and quality risks.</li><li>Participate in release readiness activities within Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Provide production support and maintenance efforts as required.</li><li>Assist with product evaluations for UI software testing tools and other quality assurance technologies.</li><li>Provide software testing matrices and related documentation as required.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><p>The Senior Automation Software Quality Assurance Analyst shall possess:</p><ul><li>Minimum eight (8) years of Software Quality Assurance experience.</li><li>Minimum five (5) years of experience leading QA Automation teams.</li><li>Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.</li><li>Experience managing large-scale automation initiatives across multiple projects.</li><li>Experience mentoring and developing automation engineers.</li><li>Experience with manual testing and manual testing strategies.</li><li>Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Experience with Git-based development practices.</li><li>Experience with requirements gathering, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills and Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>The Senior Automation Software Quality Assurance Analyst should have extensive experience with one or more of the following automation tools:</strong></p><ul><li>Tosca</li><li>Selenium</li><li>Playwright</li><li>Cypress</li><li>Appium preferred</li><li>REST API automation tools</li></ul><p><strong>The resource should also possess strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages:</strong></p><ul><li>Java</li><li>JavaScript/TypeScript</li><li>Python</li><li>C#</li></ul><p><strong>Additional technical experience should include:</strong></p><ul><li>UI automation testing</li><li>API automation testing</li><li>Database testing</li><li>End-to-end automated testing</li><li>Functional testing</li><li>Regression testing</li><li>Integration testing</li><li>System testing</li><li>Test data management</li><li>CI/CD pipeline integration, including tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Bamboo</li><li>Automated quality gates</li><li>AI-driven testing solutions</li><li>Test architecture and automation governance</li><li>Defect analysis and quality metrics reporting</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><p>Preferred qualifications include:</p><ul><li>Experience with Appium.</li><li>Experience implementing AI-supported or AI-driven testing solutions.</li><li>Experience with enterprise application testing.</li><li>Experience supporting large-scale public sector, justice, or government technology projects.</li><li>Experience evaluating and recommending software testing tools.</li><li>Experience establishing automated quality gates within deployment pipelines.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
