          "text": "<p>A qualified Diesel Mechanic /Technician will be able to diagnose, provide estimates, and repairs on highly complex electrical and mechanical systems, on class eight tractors.&#xa0; You will routinely make best valued decisions with <strong>SAFETY</strong> as the determining factor regarding continued operation VS, repair or replace, then perform technical repairs and replacement. Uses technical publications and other internet-based manuals, technical guides, or check sheets.&#xa0; Some employees in this role function as local shop subject matter experts [SME] on all tractor systems. Further, the same may be a resource for Warranty, the Senior Maintenance Leadership Team, and Training Department.</p><p>Maintain excellent customer service while providing quality and efficient repairs on Class 8 Tractor and Trailers. BTTS is searching for a high level of integrity, driven, qualified, and experienced Diesel Technician that wants to grow their careers and lead our company to be the best service provider in the industry.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Value our customers with a high standard of excellence in quality &amp; efficient repairs as well as excellent customer service</li><li>Diagnose, repair &amp; maintain Class 8 tractors and trailers by analyzing diagnostic test results (computerized, sound, visual, feel, smell, etc.)</li><li>Conduct road tests as needed for diagnosis of repairs and quality of repair completion</li><li>Perform Federal DOT inspections as well as preventative maintenance</li><li>Perform light and heavy-duty repairs</li><li>Maintain company owned tools</li><li>Maintain company owned service trucks</li><li>Participate in company paid training &amp; continuing education of OEM spec changes</li></ul>",
