Immediately report all accidents and incidents you observe. Report all complaints and grievances made by the resident.</li>\n <li>Assist the resident with daily needs, including preparation for activity and social programs, and transporting residents to/from appointments.</li>\n <li>Ensure that the resident’s rooms are ready for receiving and makes their guests comfortable.</li>\n <li>Assist resident with any necessary hygiene activities.
