With offices in Caguas, PR, Boston, MA & San Francisco, CA and we serve life sciences clients in six global markets: United States, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and South America. </em></strong></div><div class=\"MsoTitle\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><br><strong><em>Essential Functions: </em></strong></div><ol><li class=\"MsoTitle\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight:bold;\"><span lang=\"en-us\" style=\"font-weight:normal;\"><span>The incumbent will be directly involved with the management of projects related to Calibration, process optimization, troubleshooting, therefore, responsible for the quality of the product provided to client customers</span></span></strong></span></li><li class=\"MsoTitle\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span><strong style=\"font-weight:bold;\"><span lang=\"en-us\" style=\"font-weight:normal;\"><span>Coaches and supervises direct reports to ensure proper project management and completion of project responsibilities within each customer account</span></span> </strong></span></li><li class=\"MsoTitle\" style=\"text-align:justify;\">Demonstrated experience in leading small to medium projects within the regulated manufacturing industry.</li><li class=\"MsoTitle\" style=\"text-align:justify;\">Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, the quantity of equipment, and the skill of personnel.</li><li><span>Patrol and monitor work areas and examine tools and equipment in order to detect unsafe conditions or violations of procedures or safety rules.</span></li><li><span>Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.</span></li><li><span>Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.</span></li><li><span>Participate in budget preparation and administration, coordinating purchasing and documentation, and monitoring departmental expenditures.</span></li><li><span>Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.</span></li><li><span>Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts</span></li><li><span>Approves Instrumentation Technician's work orders and timesheets for further management review.</span></li><li><span>Modify program controls; be proficient in analog, digital, and solid-state electronic circuit repair.</span></li><li><span>Advance operation and administration of databases such as LAN, CalPro, Maximo, SAP, Metasys, PLCs, fire, and security systems.</span></li><li>. Maintain inventory of parts and supplies for area of responsibility. 16. Be knowledgeable of operation and maintenance of CDS installed equipment. 17. Initiate contractor call-in procedures when required to restore building systems. 18. Alert and update designated staff as to current status and prognosis for resumption of normal operations</li><li>Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, site-specific requirements, and adheres to company standards.</li><li>.
