You will learn everything you need to know to run a successful hospitality business with us. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing Bessie shifts</li>\n<li>Taking ownership of 'ROYALS' our upstairs private function space, formally know as Engineers</li>\n<li>Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch</li>\n<li>Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members</li>\n<li>Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation</li>\n<li>Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.</li>\n<li>Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills, Experience &amp; Qualifications Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years experience in a hospitality venue with a team of bigger than 5, ideally you've managed teams of over 10</li>\n<li>Excellent presentation and strong clear communication</li>\n<li>Leadership, energy and enthusiasm, if you've been a leader in a sports team, school, university or volunteer organisation that is great.</li>\n<li>A managers certificate or LCQ is required</li>\n<li>You're looking for a long term career in hospitality</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industry‑leading training and professional development</li>\n<li>Staff discounts </li>\n<li>A supportive and encouraging environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Bessie</span></p>\n<p>We wanted to bring the highest quality dining experience in a vibrant environment to Christchurch and we think we’ve done a pretty good job.
