We invite you to join us. The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Chemist to join our dynamic Liquid Metal Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development of novel TIMs designed to enhance the performance and cooling efficiency of advanced electronics. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of state-of-the-art solutions that meet the demands of cutting-edge AI and datacenter technologies. Your Responsibilities Lead and execute R&D programs focused on organic/inorganic interface engineering relating to TIM products. Design and conduct experiments to explore novel organic and inorganic compounds for thermal management applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal interface materials into electronic devices. Analyze and interpret experimental data to optimize material properties and performance. Develop and implement testing protocols to assess the reliability and efficiency of thermal interface materials. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and progress. Stay up-to-date with advancements in chemistry, materials science, and the electronics industry to drive innovation. Your Skills and Expertise Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of organic/inorganic interfacial engineering. Experience with materials development for the electronics industry is highly preferred. Proven track record in the research and development of thermal interface materials or related technologies. Proficiency in designing and conducting experiments, data analysis, and material characterization. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.
