Daily responsibilities are divided into A, B and C roles. RSCs will rotate between all roles, which include, but are not limited to:\n A role: Administrative and clerical support B role: Front desk reception, scheduling and patient registration processes. Over the counter sales and payment collection, patient rooming. C role: Organizing, cleaning and prep of patient care areas, complete equipment maintenance requirements, and supply ordering.\n Duties and Responsibilities: Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. Work collaboratively with the therapy team to support exceptional patient experience and outcomes. Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team. Engage in staff meetings and project groups to support exceptional patient care.
