Our team of professionals is committed to helping clients redefine their futures through evidence-based treatment and culturally responsive support.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span><br>RTFNetwork is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Mental Health Clinician to provide clinical leadership and oversight within the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC). This full-time position requires an LCSW-C who is approved or eligible to supervise LMSWs, LGPCs, and LGADCs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, expertise in mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, and a passion for developing clinicians and ensuring quality care. The Lead Clinician will balance supervision and administrative duties with a manageable caseload of direct client services.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide clinical leadership and supervision to OMHC staff and interns, ensuring compliance with COMAR, Joint Commission, and agency policies.</li>\n<li>Supervise and mentor LMSWs, LGPCs, LGADCs, and LCADCs (or provide supervision under approved eligibility).</li>\n<li>Support integration of mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment services through evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.</li>\n<li>Conduct clinical documentation reviews, ensuring completeness, quality, and regulatory compliance.</li>\n<li>Facilitate case consultations, clinical trainings, and team meetings to strengthen program quality and consistency.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Clinical Director, department leads, and interdisciplinary staff to support quality improvement and program development.</li>\n<li>Maintain a small clinical caseload to model effective, evidence-based therapeutic practices.</li>\n<li>Contribute to performance improvement initiatives, staff development, and policy implementation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active LCSW-C in Maryland.</li>\n<li>Approved or eligible to supervise LMSWs, LGPCs, LGADCs, and LCADCs.</li>\n<li>Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of behavioral health clinical experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and co-occurring disorders.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of COMAR regulations, Joint Commission standards, and behavioral health documentation.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Commitment to trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in outpatient or community-based behavioral health settings.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with TheraNest or similar EHR platforms.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and support clinicians in professional growth.</li>\n<li>Strong collaboration skills and an ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span><br>$70,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Incentives:</span><br>Sign-On Bonus + Annual Performance-Based Incentive</li>\n<li>Full-time position with<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hybrid flexibility</span><span> </span>(in-office and remote)</li>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n<li>Clinical supervision and CEU support</li>\n<li>Professional development and advancement opportunities</li>\n</ul>",
