If you&rsquo;re ready to find your limitless &ndash; join us!</p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial settings. This position requires excellent technical skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>Commercial installation of condensers, coils, furnaces, package and roof top units, mini split systems, thermostats, high efficiency air filters and air scrubbers.</li><li>Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of these systems.</li><li>Installation and/or design of ducts for ventilation purposes.</li><li>Ensure calibration of thermostats and other controls</li><li>Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle in a clean and organized fashion.</li><li>Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.</li><li>Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer&rsquo;s recommendations, and explain fully to customer what the issues are and their options for repair (when applicable).</li><li>Replace faulty or expired parts in an HVAC system.</li><li>Fabricate parts in case parts are not readily available.</li><li>Determine need for upgrading HVAC systems and take measures to take necessary actions.</li><li>Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.</li><li>Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers.</li><li>Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization both inside and out.</li><li>Understand Company pricing and generate appropriate customer invoices at job site. Electronically process credit card payments. Obtain customer signature at completion of job. Obtain correct customer information including email address.</li><li>Participate in Company-provided training.</li><li>Identify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).</li><li>Ensure that chemical compositions in equipment are adequate at all times.</li><li>Handle conduit running for HVAC equipment.</li><li>Order any supplies or equipment needed for HVAC maintenance or installation as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li>High School diploma or equivalency required</li><li>Minimum of <strong>5&nbsp;</strong>years Commercial HVAC installation experience</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and basic building codes as related to technical and mechanical competence.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office products and advanced Phone Apps</li><li>Valid Driver&#39;s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record required.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Please note that any offer of employment is conditional upon successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record review (as applicable).</strong></p><p>&nbsp;Reliable is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
