Once assigned a full, permanent route, the employee will advance to Pool Maintenance Specialist – Level 1.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform weekly residential and commercial pool maintenance services, including:</li><li>Water testing and chemical balancing</li><li>Skimming, brushing, and vacuuming pools</li><li>Cleaning baskets, filters, and related equipment</li><li>Identifying and reporting equipment or safety issues</li><li>Deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with company standards and customer expectations</li><li>Route Coverage &amp; Flexibility. Cover assigned routes due to:</li><li>Technician call-outs</li><li>PTO requests</li><li>Vacant or transitioning routes</li><li>Adapt quickly to changing schedules, locations, and service needs</li><li>Support multiple branches or territories as needed</li><li>Customer Service</li><li>Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers</li><li>Address basic service questions and escalate concerns appropriately</li><li>Represent the company’s core values and service commitment at all times</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance</li><li>Accurately document services, chemical readings, and notes in ServiceTitan (or company system)</li><li>Comply with all safety, fleet, timekeeping, and operational policies</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicles</li><li>Training &amp; Advancement</li><li>This position is held after completion of initial Pool Maintenance Specialist training</li><li>Floater status continues until: a full route becomes available, and the employee demonstrates readiness for independent route ownership.</li><li>Upon assignment of a permanent route, the employee will transition to: Pool Maintenance Specialist – Level 1</li></ul>",
