Join our interdisciplinary team as the HYBRID lead SLP at our therapy clinic in Avondale! We are celebrating 20 years in the Valley as a large and reputable nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high quality direct services and supports to children and families in our community.  We are seeking an experienced and passionate SLP to join our team! ✨ Snapshot ✨ 📍 LOCATION:  (HYBRID): 1 day/week remote + 4 days at our West Valley Center in Avondale, Arizona (Once a quarter, you should be willing to supervise the clients seen by the SLPA ( on the remote day)  either virtually or in-person.) 💰 PAY: $80,000-$100,000/annually (based on experience) + HIRING BONUS + participate in our  Scheduled Raise Program  up to  2x/year 🕒 SCHEDULE:  Full-time, Monday-Friday 🏥 BENEFITS:  Comprehensive health package, PTO/PST, 12 paid holidays, 401(k), paid parental leave, and more! Our speech department provides a variety of services in different settings, and this role will specifically focus on our big, new therapy center in Avondale. This position involves working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with clinical leaders from all of our programs, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA therapy, counseling, diagnostics and more! Job Summary Speech Language Pathologists are primarily responsible for developing treatment plans, conducting treatment, and overseeing individualized programs for speech therapy clients.  Additionally, the SLP fulfills direct and indirect supervision requirements for SLPA's. Responsibilities and Duties Include: Conduct formal and/or informal assessments to identify students with communication disorders and clearly convey the results in a written report with outlined goals and an identified treatment plan Provide intervention that is appropriate to the age and learning needs of each individual client Participate in ongoing training for parents and other therapy team members, including demonstrating implementation of current goals Gather and interpret data to guide decisions regarding progress and planning Complete all billing entries, SOAP notes, progress reports and other related documentation as required by funding sources Provide direct and indirect supervision to speech language pathologist assistants. We are celebrating 20 years in the Valley as a large and reputable nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high quality direct services and supports to children and families in our community.  We are seeking an experienced and passionate SLP to join our team! <br> </p><p style=\"text-align:center;\">✨<u><strong>Snapshot</strong></u>✨</p><p>📍<strong>LOCATION:</strong> (HYBRID): 1 day/week remote + 4 days at our West Valley Center in Avondale, Arizona <em>(Once a quarter, you should be willing to supervise the clients seen by the SLPA (<strong>on the remote day) </strong>either virtually or in-person.)</em><br>💰<strong>PAY:</strong> $80,000-$100,000/annually (based on experience) + HIRING BONUS + participate in our <strong>Scheduled Raise Program</strong> up to <strong>2x/year </strong><br>🕒<strong>SCHEDULE:</strong> Full-time, Monday-Friday<br>🏥<strong>BENEFITS:</strong> Comprehensive health package, PTO/PST, 12 paid holidays, 401(k), paid parental leave, and more!<br> <br>                        <img alt=\"\" height=\"116\" src=\"https://assets.jazz.co/customers/customer_20160921183204_WVJCCGNGOFOXQQXK/layout/20241104191928-image-20241104121925-1.png\" width=\"431\"></p><p><br>Our speech department provides a variety of services in different settings, and this role will specifically focus on our big, new therapy center in Avondale. This position involves working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with clinical leaders from all of our programs, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA therapy, counseling, diagnostics and more!</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Speech Language Pathologists are primarily responsible for developing treatment plans, conducting treatment, and overseeing individualized programs for speech therapy clients.  Additionally, the SLP fulfills direct and indirect supervision requirements for SLPA's.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties Include: </strong></p><ul><li>Conduct formal and/or informal assessments to identify students with communication disorders and clearly convey the results in a written report with outlined goals and an identified treatment plan</li><li>Provide intervention that is appropriate to the age and learning needs of each individual client</li><li>Participate in ongoing training for parents and other therapy team members, including demonstrating implementation of current goals</li><li>Gather and interpret data to guide decisions regarding progress and planning</li><li>Complete all billing entries, SOAP notes, progress reports and other related documentation as required by funding sources</li><li>Provide direct and indirect supervision to speech language pathologist assistants.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, or university equivalent</li><li>SLP license from the Arizona Department of Health Services</li><li>2+ years of experience with speech therapy </li><li>Experience working directly with young children and families</li><li>Successfully pass a fingerprint clearance check and other related hiring requirements</li><li>Proficient at listening to and interpreting needs of child & family</li><li>Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills</li><li>Enthusiasm and positive attitude towards all people;
