When you work for Sciolex Corporation, you are working for a stable company that values you and is committed to ensuring you receive the utmost employee care.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Quality Manager serves as liaison between the leadership and the client.  As the Quality Manager, your duties would include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages the monitoring, measurement, and review of various operations and internal processes</li>\n <li> Supportsprocess owners in the identification of root causes, corrections, and corrective actions; conducts research, thorough analysis, and makes appropriate recommendations </li>\n <li> Reports to program manager and senior leadershipon performance metrics (e.g., results of quality audits) and provides solution-based recommendations for corrective actions </li>\n <li> Maintains and expands knowledge of relevant quality standards,protocols, best practices, regulations, and trends </li>\n <li> Effectively documents, maps-outand illustrates work processes, procedures, and output measures for various stakeholders </li>\n <li> Developssystematic procedures for assessing compliance with performance objectives and Accepted Quality Levels </li>\n <li> Leads or materially contributes in meetings with staff, customer, and other stakeholders </li>\n <li> Maintains effective records and conducts consistent follow up actions with self and team</li>\n <li> Performs or assists with inspections and internal audits of all site operations</li>\n <li> Assists Program Manager and Site Manager in managing and directing site quality staff</li>\n <li>Servesas a corporate champion for continuous improvement and leads Quality Councils </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications & Physical Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Required Qualifications and Experience:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance under the Department of Homeland Security from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services</li>\n <li> Bachelor’s degree in Business,Engineering or equivalent  </li>\n <li> A minimum 5 years of relevant experience in working withlarge quality control operations </li>\n <li> Demonstrated experience in preparing and monitoring internal procedures for adherence to goals, regulations,and policies </li>\n <li> Strong attention to detail, highly organized and self-sufficient professionally and administratively</li>\n <li> Comfortable working independently or withina small support team </li>\n <li> Experience overseeing and maintaining large-scale audit programs </li>\n <li> Strong oral and written communication skills; prompt replying to copious email daily</li>\n <li> Advanced knowledge of MS Office, enterprise computer systems, and cloud-based tools</li>\n <li>Position will require overnight travel up to 15% to various government locations to include the West Coast </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications Experience:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of ISO and CMMI protocols</li>\n <li> Certifications inproject management, six sigma, lean or other quality system will be considered a strength  </li>\n <li>Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift 15 lbs. or more consistently</li>\n <li>Ability to sit and operate computers and other technologies for long periods of time</li>\n <li>Ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u> </u></strong></p>\n<p>At Sciolex Corporation, our top priorities and most valuable resources are our employees, which is why we offer a competitive total compensation package.
