    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p>Weston & Sampson is seeking an engineering student for our Summer 2026 Co-Op/Intern program. You will be working within one discipline but will be introduced to a variety of areas: civil, environmental, water, and wastewater. This position will be located in Reading, MA with occasional field work around the state. </p>\n<h2> </h2>\n<p><strong>W</strong><strong>hat you’ll do:</strong></p>\n<p>Students will be assisting the engineering staff with project related tasks but including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>data calculations </li>\n <li>research analysis </li>\n <li>design of plans and specifications for projects such as stormwater drainage improvements and green infrastructure</li>\n <li>construction services including field work</li>\n <li>Climate Resiliency </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you will bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related engineering field</li>\n <li>Students with 2 years of coursework completed are preferred</li>\n <li>Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills</li>\n <li>Work effectively in a team environment</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively organize, manage and coordinate multiple assignments</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n <li>Introductory knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and/or HydroCAD is preferred</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-Hybrid</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary Range Per Hour: $22.00 - $26.00 Based on Education  </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Weston & Sampson is an 100% employee-owned, full-service environmental and infrastructure consulting firm made up of more than 800 professionals, who work together to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for our clients.
