You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.&nbsp;</strong><br><br><strong>A Brief Overview</strong><br>\n The Business Relationship Management team serves as the bridge between the technology organization and TriNet business leaders.&nbsp; The Business Analyst position is a core member of the BRM team and is the intersection between business and engineering colleagues throughout the software development lifecycle.&nbsp; Business Analysts work to fully understand the business needs and objectives of a technology initiative, translating this understanding into tangible, documented user stories.&nbsp; This role collaborates with stakeholders to gather business requirements, documents business processes, and identifies improvements to enhance operational efficiency.&nbsp;This position holds foundational knowledge of core business processes, and ensures business requirements are successfully implemented into technology solutions.&nbsp; This position is also highly engaged in addressing clarification questions from Engineering while aligning with business colleagues to ensure applications are designed to match requirements from the business units.<br><br><strong>What you will do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with business stakeholders to define application requirements</li>\n <li>Produce developer-friendly functional designs, user stories, and wireframes that accurately reflect business requirements in coordination with Business Relationship Managers and Business Application Owners.</li>\n <li>Serve as the liaison between business and engineering colleagues to resolve issues and provide progress updates, including to senior management.</li>\n <li>Conduct user story grooming sessions, coordinating discussions between engineering and business stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Develop and document business processes and procedures that encompass cross functional, complex business applications and processes.</li>\n <li>Proactively analyze and evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement</li>\n <li>Research software applications to understand existing functionality and generate impactful change recommendations, making recommendations to senior management.</li>\n <li>Work with engineering teams to develop and implement technical applications, bringing expertise in challenging status quo.</li>\n <li>Lead testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business requirements.</li>\n <li>Produce process maps and models for proposed applications, analyzing the data to identify patterns and trends.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, seeking buy-in and coordinating with senior management.</li>\n <li>Conduct market and industry research to inform enterprise-level recommendations.</li>\n <li>Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for key initiatives.</li>\n <li>Maintain deep knowledge of supported business areas, systems, and data.</li>\n <li>Mentor other Business Analysts and provide guidance on issue resolution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Typically 8+ years of Business Analyst Experience required&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office or home setting.
