    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Role:</h1><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist the Facilities Department with general maintenance requests and perform all landscaping and janitorial tasks to maintain all Alliance Credit Union branches. As well as operating a pressure washer.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Primary Responsibilities:</h2><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help complete the in-house Alliance projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help complete the daily tasks and tickets.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs daily general maintenance duties: including moving furniture, boxes, setting up for special events, building checks for security, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate pressure washing equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Wash, dry, and detail vehicles.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clean exterior of branches.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure cleanliness of branch interiors including mopping, sweeping, throwing trash, vacuuming rooms and offices, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs routine preventative maintenance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inspects branches for repairs/improvement recommendations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise outside contractors that perform work inside Alliance Credit Union branches.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mows, trims, and rakes all landscaping.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keep up with and maintain all landscape beds.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pick up and remove trash.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepares soil and plants flowers, bushes, hedges, or shrubs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operates Heavy Equipment and various types of power equipment including, but not limited to lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Completes snow removal tasks as needed in winter months.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to drive trucks and pull a trailer.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs other related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
