The ideal candidate will drive project success by maintaining accuracy, ensuring an efficient workflow, and fostering collaboration among all stakeholders.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Project Cost Analysis &amp; Budgeting\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in gathering and organizing information for commercial concrete project estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial viability.</li>\n<li>Monitor job costs, update financial forecasts, and communicate status to leadership or clients as required.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Project Management &amp; Coordination\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to close-out, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.</li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate subcontractors involved in various phases of the project.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, workflows, and resource plans.</li>\n<li>Identify potential risks or delays and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Team Collaboration &amp; Leadership\n<ul>\n<li>Work in tandem with engineers, superintendents, foremen, and field teams to coordinate project requirements and resolve issues quickly.</li>\n<li>Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.</li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative environment focused on performance, productivity, and mutual respect.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Technology &amp; Continuous Improvement\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize industry-standard software such as Procore and scheduling tools to streamline project management.</li>\n<li>Stay current with industry trends, innovative practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project outcomes and efficiency.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Safety &amp; Compliance\n<ul>\n<li>Uphold a safety-first culture, ensuring that all site activities align with OSHA standards and company policies.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular site visits or audits to verify safe working conditions.</li>\n<li>Maintain clear documentation for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education:\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (not mandatory).</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Experience:\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in project management, specifically within commercial concrete.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in cost analysis, budget management, and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices in concrete services.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Skills &amp; Attributes:\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.</li>\n<li>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.</li>\n<li>Commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Other Requirements:\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (within a 60-mile radius).</li>\n<li>Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are advantageous.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement\n<ul></ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Merritt Contracting, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
