The A/V Director will invest in people — equipping them to serve with excellence and building a team culture grounded in the grace and mission of Jesus Christ. This position reports directly to the Worship Pastor and collaborates closely with other ministry leaders to ensure every production element enhances worship and communicates the gospel clearly.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>In keeping with Grace Fellowship’s belief that all team members are ministers of the gospel (Section 1.3 of the Employee Handbook), this role carries both an administrative and a ministry dimension. Technical Excellence</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee and </span><span>operate</span><span> all audio systems, including front-of-house, monitors, in-ear mix, broadcast, and overflow audio for weekend worship services</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Direct all video systems, including IMAG (image magnification), presentation software (ProPresenter), livestream broadcast, and recording</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage all stage lighting design and operation for weekend services, </span><span>special events</span><span>, and productions</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collaborate with the Worship Pastor and worship team in advance of each service to ensure all production elements are planned and rehearsed</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure broadcast and online worship experiences are of consistently high quality, extending the ministry’s reach beyond the physical campus</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain quality standards for all A/V content across services with an eye toward enhancing — never distracting from — the worship experience</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Systems Management &amp;
