Join us as a <strong>SITE SUPERVISOR </strong>and play a pivotal role in our dynamic world of heavy civil construction!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently accepting applications to support multiple projects in <strong>Nevada.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Rotation</strong>:   Project dependent, most commonly 14/7</p>\n<p><strong>Shift</strong>:         12 Hours (Days and Nights)</p>\n<p><strong>Lodging </strong></p>\n<p><strong>& Food: </strong>    Lodging OR Living / Subsistence Allowance will be provided. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pre-Employment Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Successful completion of <strong>Alcohol and Drug Screening</strong></li>\n <li>MSHA Part 48</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>All Morgan Field Based Workers and Equipment Operators must</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be physically conditioned to repetitively and safely lift up to 50lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work a rotational schedule, up to 12 hours a day, for both day or night shifts as required and subject to change depending on project needs. </li>\n <li>Expect to handle noise and vibrations on the job.</li>\n <li>Be prepared for and willing to perform additional labour duties as / when required.</li>\n <li>Embrace the elements by working outdoors in all weather conditions. Whether it's rain, shine, or snow, you'll need to thrive in diverse weather environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform work in support of Project Scope mandate. </li>\n <li>Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with clients. Respond to inquiries promptly and carry out work as required to satisfy client requests and project quality standards.</li>\n <li>Assist maintenance in scheduling equipment preventative maintenance or repair.</li>\n <li>Motivate, inspire, observe, and delegate tasks to crew.</li>\n <li>Inspire productivity, promote training and cross training, and create a positive team culture.</li>\n <li>Build a level of knowledge and understanding of safety practices, scheduling techniques, trade knowledge and employee engagement.</li>\n <li>Adhere to project specifications and guidelines to maintain quality standards.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with supervisors, other operators, and site personnel to ensure smooth operations. </li>\n <li>Champion our safety culture by adhering to Morgan's Safe Work Procedures and PPE policies by demonstrating a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain awareness of the surrounding environment and potential hazards, such as other equipment or personnel. Perform JSA and FLHA’s as required.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate exceptional judgement and problem solving skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrating versatility in collaborating effectively with team members and independently taking ownerships of tasks.</li>\n <li>Operate 2-way radio</li>\n <li>Perform labour duties as / when required.</li>\n <li>Assist ground personnel as / when required.</li>\n <li>Other duties as / when assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience / Qualification Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our ideal candidates will have:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Minimum of 5 years </strong>of recent experience as a <strong>Site Supervisor on heavy civil earthworks for mining, lease construction, highway construction, dam/dyke construction, landfill construction, underground utility installation, pad building, pad extensions, infills, sub prep, stripping, and/or dirt management projects</strong> is required.</li>\n <li>Expert level experience as an excavator, dozer or grader operator.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Morgan:</strong></p>\n<p>Over the past 40+ years, Morgan has completed over 5400 heavy civil projects.
