We&rsquo;re seeking a <strong>Senior Project Engineer</strong> to join our Northeast Electrical Engineering team and take a leading role in the design and execution of critical facilities and infrastructure projects throughout the Northeast.</p><p>In this role, you&rsquo;ll lead projects through the full lifecycle&mdash;from planning and design to construction support&mdash;while mentoring junior engineers and fostering strong client relationships. Provide technical leadership and ensure quality and efficiency at every stage.</li><li><strong>Design Expertise</strong>: Apply advanced knowledge in transportation design to develop creative, efficient solutions for roadway and infrastructure projects. Prepare design reports, plans, specifications, and bid documents.</li><li><strong>Team Development</strong>: Mentor and support junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and project management best practices. Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.</li><li><strong>Client Collaboration</strong>: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
